Rabbit Island - Kampot

Rabbit Island is a little tropical island situated around 20-40 minutes south of Kep by neighborhood pontoon. The island is blessedly undeveloped and needs most administrations aside from some natural lodges and two or three simple shoreline shack eateries. Disconnected white sand shorelines dab the edges of the island, supported by a sloping coconut palm inside. Most administrations are close to the west side shoreline. The encompassing waters are moderately evident and warm, offering some snorkeling openings around the stones. Coral is rare yet bright fish flourish.

You can remain on the island or make a day outing of it - go in the morning, relax on the shoreline and come back to Kep toward the evening. Rooms/lodges on the island run $10 or less. Orchestrate a pontoon trek to the island through your guesthouse in Kampot or Kep or simply go to the Koh Tunsay Boat Dock in Kep town alongside the Long Villa Restaurant (see Kep delineate page 113.) Boats are quite often accessible. A round-excursion trek to the island and back runs $20 for the entire vessel, so convey a few companions to part the cost. The round-outing cost is the same whether you remain a couple of hours or a couple days. Visit administrators and guesthouses in Kep offer day bundles beginning at about $7/individual comprehensive.
